Facelift, Brow Lift, & Eyelid Surgery Results for Man in Dallas Texas

Dallas Plastic Surgeon Dr. George A. Toledo is known for his incredible face and neck lifts. This 66 year old, West Texas gentleman came to the Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center in Dallas, Texas for full facial rejuvenation. He was primarily concerned about the bags in the upper and lower eyelids and the huge amount of excess skin in the lower face and neck area. He underwent an anterior hairline forehead lift raising the eyebrows and selectively softening the muscles which cause the horizontal and vertical creases in his forehead. The eyelids required extensive surgery; removing the excess skin and repositioning the lower eyelid fat over the cheeks and tear trough area. He also underwent a full facial cervical rhytidectomy. The facelift was performed in two-layers with the skin and fat raised in one layer and the underlying SMAS musculature raised in a separate layer. The muscles were reapproximated in the midline of the neck through an incision under the chin and the excess skin down to the collar bone was removed. This patient not only obtained a rejuvenated, younger appearance but also eliminated a sad, tired look to his face.
