Established by Dr. George A. Toledo in 1996, Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center in Dallas, TX was created with the specific purpose of providing a comprehensive, state-of-the-art facility for the cosmetic surgery patient. To ensure patient safety, our facility has met the top licensure requirements. Our ambulatory surgery center has been rigorously inspected by both the Texas Department of State Health Services and the United States Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (the same agencies that inspect and license hospitals). This licensure ensures that our facility is held to the highest possible standards. 

Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center strives to provide the cosmetic patient with all the comforts of his or her own home. Even though most surgical procedures can be performed in an outpatient setting, some patients prefer to stay overnight. Adjacent to the surgery center is a beautiful hotel room staffed by your own private nurse. Patients from out of town, or those undergoing multiple or lengthy procedures, find that staying overnight is not only a luxury but a necessity.

To protect our patient’s privacy, Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center has separate pre- and post-operative waiting rooms, as well as a separate entry and exit for patients having surgery. Unlike many hospital settings, every effort is made to provide our patients with complete privacy and anonymity. The unique self-contained surgical facility, located in the heart of Dallas, incorporates the latest medical technology in a private and elegant setting.
