Lower Facelift and Neck Lift for Woman in Highland Park (Dallas), Texas

Dallas Plastic Surgeon, Dr. George A. Toledo, has a special interest in rejuvenating the lower face and neck. This 62 year old female from Austin, Texas presented with a very challenging neck and lower face/jowl area. She wished to have a better neck contour. She underwent an extensive lower facial cervical rhytidectomy repositioning the fat of the nasolabial folds and jowls higher up in her cheeks. The Bichat’s fat pads in the lower face were excised. This challenging neck was dramatically improved by doing a two-layer neck lift. The fat above and below the platysma muscle was removed and the platysma muscle was sutured along the midline and transected to give her this beautiful chin neck angle. The postop pictures demonstrate the significant improvement in the lower face neck contour.
