Combination of Face/Brow Lift & Bleph to Treat Aging Female's Face(Dallas Texas)

This 58 year old female from Dallas presented to Dr. George A. Toledo at the Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center for consultation regarding facial rejuvenation. She was mostly concerned with her eyelids and the excessive amount of skin and fat in her anterior neck. She underwent an anterior hairline forehead brow lift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, and a facial cervical rhytidectomy. Her neck lift was especially challenging as there was excessive amounts of fat and skin in the anterior neck that had to be dissected from the deep neck musculature. You can see from her before and after photos she has obtained a more alert, refreshed look to her eyes and the neck has been dramatically rejuvenated.
