Rhinoplasty on Mckinney Female in Early 20's

This patient wanted to fix her deviated septum and reduce the size of the hump on her nose. Dr. Toledo used a cartilage graft to support the collapsed septum and fixed the deviation. The Doctor then reduced the projection of the tip and shaved down the hump on the patients nose.
