Absolutely not, but my wife had nothing but great things to say during the entire process. I joined the day of surgery, and the office staff was very knowledgeable. Dr. Toldeo even pulled me aside upon my departure from the office to discuss any of my potential concerns. My wife has long disliked the appearance of her nose and decided to go with Dr. Toledo because of his expertise in plastic surgery and ENT. I’m so grateful for Dr. Toledo, he saved my life. I have been a patient for years. He did my nose 15 years ago. I came in for a consultation to have a facelift and he noticed a bump on my neck right away. He did an exam and sent me to have a sonogram of my thyroid. The results showed thyroid cancer so Dr. Toledo sent me to a surgeon right away. He even called and talked to the surgeon for me. His staff is so caring they called and sent flowers to the hospital. All the questions you have about any surgical procedure can be answered at his office and via phone by schedule. I had my rhinoplasty surgery a year ago and everything went smoothly and I healed fast and completely within 2 two weeks. If you don’t have transportation in the Dallas location or someone that can take you home and nurse you, a travel nurse can be hired. You will have to pay that separately. But when it comes to paying for the procedure they will give you that information during consultation. When you arrive at Dr. Toledo’s office it matches the Good energy of the staff very beautiful. Dr Toledo is INCREDIBLE. I seriously could not recommend him enough. I had my rhinoplasty 6 weeks ago and it was the BEST experience. First and foremost, when my mom and I went to my initial visit, Dr. Toledo could tell I was nervous as I’m getting married in September, but he assured me my nose would look amazing after 6months.. he then said it would look great by 6 weeks. I was hesitant to believe him, but it’s now been 6weeks and I am shocked at how wonderful my nose looks. Dr Toledo’s approach is very natural and he doesn’t make you look like a different person, which is a sign of a good surgeon. Improved the appearance without disrupting the functionality - I underwent Rhinoplasty on 10/06/22. It was my first surgical procedure and I can’t say enough great things about Dr. George Toledo and his staff. He gave me a smaller nose that still looked ethnic - I am a 39 year old black female that had a rhinoplasty in July of 2022. I have been wanting a rhinoplasty since high school but was very afraid to have work done on my face, so I contoured heavily and just dealt with the imperfection. But now that is no longer my story. I have a beautiful nose that is fitting and I no longer need to contour my nose.On the day of surgery, everyone from the front office staff to the nurse to the anesthesiologist chatted with me until I was comfortable about the procedure and more in an effort to make my husband and I comfortable. Going home with stints and a cast wasn't my favorite part of the experience, but the staff called and texted daily to ensure I was okay. Pre and post surgery I was supported and encouraged the entire way through. If you are looking for a doctor that is compassionate, empathetic, and a great listener Dr. Toledo is your man. His humor is dry, but he has your best interest at heart. This man is a magician and a life saver. He gave me a smaller nose that still looked ethnic and allowed for my confidence to grow. In summary, Dr. Toledo exceeded my expectations a million times over!Please please please do not let the other reviews about his "bedside manner" scare you. Something very fitting and flattering I should’ve been born with.Updated on 17 Aug 2022:The only thing Dr. Toledo said that was untrue was that “there’s going to be some days you hate your nose while it’s healing” there has not been one. I remember where I came from and how my nose looked. When my nose was swollen and healing I loved it and it allowed me to get use to how small it was going to be. My nose was different in shape and smaller after surgery it just got a lot smaller. The tip is still hard and swollen so I have some ways to heal. This is not it. I’m telling you I love my results so much I look in the mirror first moment I wake up. I’m sure my dogs are looking at me and rolling their eyes. I stare at my self in the mirror and think dam I look so good. lol. When I take pictures I have so many angles that work for me. I don’t have to worry. I use to take 160 pictures and pick only 5 and trash the rest. There were only two angles that worked for me -up high and to the side. Now every angle looks good even my nostrils looking down. I just take a few pictures no editing and I’m done. everything is in balance and my features match. My smile and eyes are the focus point. I’m excited to take pictures. I’m confident.Updated on 17 Aug 2022:I get a lot of compliments. Star struck, more looks, different treatment, more attention-yes just from my nose. I slept elevated on a pillow for a long time after surgery because of swelling. I’m not sure how long you have to sleep elevated but I did for 3 months. Downtime was minimal - not much discomfort at all - I had a rhinoplasty procedure and I could not be more happy. Dr. Toledo’s staff, especially Esther was wonderful. They answered all my questions and I had a lot, along with making me feel comfortable and confident in what was going to happen. I am 1 year out now from the procedure and the work he did is amazing. I still look natural and he took time to improve my breathing with building up cartilage during the procedure. Not to mention due to his skills, my downtime was minimal and truly did not have much discomfort at all. I went to Dr. Toledo for a septo-rhinoplasty in February 2022. I initially met with an ENT in June 2020 due to breathing issues--he said I had a deviated septum and collapsed nostril, and referred me to a plastic surgeon to fix both at the same time. The ENT mentioned that straightening a nose is technically challenging even for a skilled plastic surgeon, this made me kind of nervous about picking the right doctor because I didn’t want to end up with a botched pixie piglet nose. I looked into roughly 15 surgeons in the DFW and LA area before settling on Dr. Toledo. 1. He is a double board certified ENT & plastic surgeon. This was important to me because functional issues were my primary concern. 2. Doctor Toledo has done over 3,000 nose jobs in his 30 year career. Rhinoplasty is one of the most challenging surgeries from a technical standpoint, and it’s also the plastic surgery procedure with the highest revision rate. 3,000+ over 30 years is 2+ nose jobs per week (less two weeks vacation / year), that is a lot of opportunities to understand the nuances of a rhinoplasty. I wanted a doctor who has had plenty of practice before I got on his table. Try asking another doctor how many of X procedures have you done in their career, you will be hard pressed to get an answer. 3. Office staff are really nice and helpful. I had a lot of initial questions which they politely answered over the phone before my initial consultation. I value my time, and I felt that they did too in their professional and polite communication. This might seem like a lower priority than the experience of the surgeon, but these are the people you talk to 80% of the time. 4. He’s a fly fisher. As a fellow angler, I know the unspoken qualities one must possess to catch a fish. Patience, perseverance, thoughtfulness, focused, dexterous. I booked my surgery immediately after our initial consultation. Dr. Toledo is a straight shooter. He confirmed what the ENT said, told me what he could do, showed me a new nose proposal and that was it. Overall, I just like the guy, he’s professional, knows what he’s doing and has a cool demeanor. Dr. Toledo is not the guy who swings open the door and starts shmoozing you, he’s chill and normal. He’s not trying to convince you to go to him. So surgery day comes, I’m kind of freaked out because I’m an anxious creature. Dr. Toledo comes in with a cup of coffee, definitely has Coffee Mate creamer in his, maybe hazelnut and my anxiety melts away. Anyone who uses Coffee Mate creamer in 2022 is down to earth and confident--it’s unpretentious and confident. I wake up, I’m a zombie but oddly no pain really... He prescribed Tylenol #3 (ultra weak) but after surgery I saw why. I took half a painkiller every 8hrs for like 3 days and then just regular Tylenol. Surgery was Thursday, was back to work 1/2 day on Monday and fully back Tuesday. Oh, he also extracted this longterm zit I had on my cheek which was the best thing to wake up toCast came off 1 week later, nose internal splints came out at 3 weeks. WOAH, I did not realize you were supposed to be able to breathe out of your nose at 100% like your mouth. I really thought your mouth was the primary breathing hole for my entire life. Obviously, he hit the aesthetic aspect (I am not a pixie piglet) but the breathing is pretty life changing. Sleep is wildly improved, and I generally feel better. I’m only 4 weeks out, but I’m glad I chose Dr. Toledo and can’t wait to see how it looks in a few months when swelling subsides. Doctor Toledo is THE nose guy in Dallas. Nose is proportionate to my other facial features - 1 year post-op Rhinoplasty - I had rhinoplasty with Dr. Toledo one year ago, and I am extremely happy with the results! Former soccer player with broken nose - breathing issues and dorsal hump gone - As a former soccer player, I’d been hit in the face, which caused a broken nose and deviated septum. Over time, the appearance of my nose bothered me more and more and at 29, I made the decision to have a rhinoplasty and couldn’t be happier. After meeting with a number of plastic surgeons, Dr. Toledo came highly recommended to me from multiple friends. From our initial consultation to the day of operation, Dr. Toledo provided me with honest and realistic advice on how we would be accomplish my goals and improve my breathing. I am currently 4 weeks post-op and am thrilled with my results! The changes are so subtle that I still look like myself, but my breathing issues and dorsal hump are gone. Having retired from anesthesia, I was fastidious about who I would use to perform a rhinoplasty. Dr. Toledo was one of 3 I felt comfortable with going forward. I chose him because having worked with one of his office nurses elsewhere, I was aware that many of the problems seen with other surgeons, Dr. Toledo fixed. I am also realistic in that no provider will be perfect and some people, patients have unrealistic expectations. Expect Dr. Toledo will tell it like it is - it’s what you want in a surgeon and not a yes man. Yes, Dr. T has confidence that some might construe as not appealing; but really, don’t you want someone cutting on your face or body to be confident in their abilities? If not they shouldn’t be doing surgery! Btw, I have never provided anesthesia for any of his surgeries, nor have I been solicited to provide this review. However, I do have colleagues who have helped Dr. Toledo with his anesthesia needs decades ago (but no longer.) Even decades ago, Dr. Toledo has always had an impeccable reputation. Further, Dr. T’s anesthesia provider for my procedure, whom I did not know before, was outstanding. Both men having high standards, exhibiting honor and integrity in a field that is sometimes lacking in those areas. Dr. T’s aesthetic’s and artistic abilities have only refined over the years. I typically am only a reader or reviews but my experience with Dr. Toledo and his “girls” was so outstanding I’m submitting my first review. I came to Dallas from Alabama for a full facelift and eyelid surgery. My cousin, a Dallas doctor, in Highland Park had a facelift last year and she raves about Dr. Toledo. So, I went to Dallas for a weekend of shopping and for my consultation appointment. Dr. Toledo did a very thorough evaluation, explained all his recommendations, and answered all my questions. I have never been to a doctor’s office that was so warm and caring. I scheduled my surgery, and his nurses gave me everything I need to get ready. Best Choice for Lower Facelift, Bleph and Breast Reduction!! - I can't say enough good about Dr. Toledo and his staff!! I live in Colorado and booked a procedure with Dr. Toledo for a lower facelift, upper eyes & breast reduction after seeing his before and afters online. I had a bad turkey neck that really bothered me, saggy upper eyes and I wanted a breast reduction. Going there I had expectations and they were completely surpassed. I have a jawline again! And my eyes he did perfectly. The breast reduction/lift is so good I almost cried when I saw them. As soon as the reduction was done all my back pain is gone!! So grateful. You never really know when you choose someone you haven't met and fly there for procedures. Hands down best decision I could have made!! His staff is so caring and makes you feel so comfortable. But equally important is due to his techniques I didn't even need the pain pills. I took over the counter Tylenol just a couple of times and the recovery was so easy and pain free. As you can see by the pictures I could have gone back to work a week after the procedures. He is sooo good at what he does and if I ever get any other procedures it will only be from him! I went in for a Septo-Rhinoplasty almost two months ago and am thrilled with my results! I'm almost thirty and had struggled with insecurity over my crooked nose since I was a child. It may seem a bit melo-dramatic but I always felt like my nose held me back from so much in life. I would hold back from wearing certain hairstyles because they'd make my nose stand out more and absolutely hated wearing my hair back in a bun or ponytail unless I was working out. It was hard for me to make eye contact with people because I felt like all they could see when they looked at me was my nose. Of course this isn't true, but it was hard to convince my mind otherwise when I believed that my nose was ugly. Silly as it may sound, I just wanted my nose to stop controlling my life! I wanted to be able to smile and not worry about how my nostrils flared out. I'm 20 (11/28/2000), Female, from NYC. I'm beyond excited. This is my dream. I've done extensive research. His work is beautiful. Everyone look him up. I'm getting everything narrowed and I've requested to build up my bridge, which he's approved with an implant. Original cost without an implant was $7000. I'm 20 (11/28/2000), Female, from NYC. I'm beyond excited. This is my dream. I've done extensive research. His work is beautiful. Everyone look him up. It may seem a bit melo-dramatic but I always felt like my nose held me back from so much in life. I would hold back from wearing certain hairstyles because they'd make my nose stand out more and absolutely hated wearing my hair back in a bun or ponytail unless I was working out. It was hard for me to make eye contact with people because I felt like all they could see when they looked at me was my nose. Of course this isn't true, but it was hard to convince my mind otherwise when I believed that my nose was ugly. Silly as it may sound, I just wanted my nose to stop controlling my life! I wanted to be able to smile and not worry about how my nostrils flared out. I wanted to get dressed up for a fun night out and actually FEEL pretty rather than constantly carrying around the burden of self-consciousness. Over the past 15 years I have had three procedures done by Dr. Toledo . Each experience was more than I could have dreamed and I was extremely pleased with the out come of each procedure . Dr.Toledo changed my life. He is the best. The first procedure in 2005 at age 48 was , after three nine pound plus babies and much weight gain and loss, was a much needed tummy tuck and breast lift. Even though there was so much loose abdominal skin my incision scar was minimal and the surgery transformed my life and the way I felt about myself. Three years later at age 52 after more weight loss I felt the need to address the loose skin on my neck and face. Dr. Toledo was forth coming with what I should expect and the results were phenomenal. He is truly the best at what he does. The entire experience with Dr. Toledo and his staff was professional. The care, compassion and understanding shown to me was the best anyone could receive. Over the next 12 years never once did anyone ask me if I had some “work” done because I never had that “pulled” too tight appearance. Dr. Toledo is an expert on rhinoplasty. I had severe problems with my nose from being broken as a child, 2 previous sinus surgeries and the use of nasonex for over 20 years. Dr. Toledo was able to restore my nose and make it better than before. I also had a brow and neck lift. I am currently 3 weeks into my recovery and can already see the great results. I had a bad surgery in Mexico and needed a revision. I went to another doctor that sold me on an idea of making my nose look like a model or whatnot, but then told be the chances of it looking like that was slim so I was put off by the false hopes. Dr. Toledo was the next doctor I saw and I liked how straight to the point he was and did not sugar coat anything. He kept it real and told me what to expect and I really appreciated that. Maybe its because Im a male and I dont care much about cosmetics. I just wanted a normal looking nose, nothing spectacular. Dr.Toledo delivered (from what I can tell anyways, I am still swollen from the surgery). My nose doesn't look weird compared to how it was from my first surgery. Wish I’d Done This Sooner! - Rhinoplasty has made such a difference in the appearance of my face. I feel so much more confident about my first impression with people. My nose was broken in a couple places from a snow skiing accident 10 years ago. I don’t know what I was afraid of. Twenty Years Younger--well, Maybe 15! - I'm 61 and waited years to have a facelift. I didn't want to look like the typical "dallas" woman with the stretched skin face and big lips that looked completely fake. I literally watched the side jowls and hanging neck skin take over my face before I said I really need this. I was tired of deleting every photo my kids took with me, because unless there was a filter, they all made me look old. Dr. Toledo (who has done rhinoplasty surgery on both my twenty something children) assured me he wouldn't do that to me...and he was right! I can't believe the before and after photos. Also, the surgery (you will still overnight with a nurse at the office) was not nearly as painful as I expected. I am 5 weeks post surgery, still somewhat swollen but I am beyond excited about my results. As an FYI, last minute I also had laser under my eye and fat pockets there as well removed. I'm from the northeast originally, so by the time I will get to see family and friends, the "new me" will be a young me, and no one will be the wiser...lol. Dr.Toledo is very talented with his craft. I feel like he is very upfront and honest, which is what I would want from my plastic surgeon. He performed a rhinoplasty on me three years ago, such natural work, the few people I tell can't believe it was worked on. He also performed scar removal on my face, I could not find a doctor to perform it here in Houston, so I travel back to Dallas for Dr.Toeldo, my scar has now healed and my confidence has gone up ten fold. Dr. Toledo is quite honest and will only advise procedures that he believes will work well for his patients. He repaired my face after a Mohs surgeon did an extensive procedure to remove skin cancer from my nose, and did such an amazing job that it healed beautifully and was not noticeable within a few weeks. His expertise saved me from having a forehead flap and obvious scarring. He made the traumatic experience of dealing with the cancer so much better than I expected. Several years later he did a lower face and neck lift with beautiful results. He is now doing Restylane for me and again does a beautiful job. I highly recommend him! More

He was rough when taking off the splint. I saw others online and they used something to dissolve it or at least to loosen it. He just pops it right off. After I told him it wasn't exactly like I wanted he was rude. We always want a little more and I know nothing is perfect. That is why I gave him a 3 out of 5. More

No More Fears That I Am Part Bird! And I Can Breath Better, Too! - First things first, just get it done. If you are here reading this, the only advice I have is: DO IT! Do not wait. I HAD a big hook nose with a bulbous tip. My profile was hideous - I never, ever uploaded any pictures of my profile. When I got my hair done recently, the stylist loved the result and wanted to upload them to her web portfolio. Luckily for me, she was kind enough not to upload the ones where my nose would stick out. As in, the shots were only of the back of my head. I turned my head slightly to each side to catch the light. With most folks, their nose would not stick out past their blown-out hair. Mine did, and it ruined the shots because all you saw was this big beautiful hair and a massive, long, hook nose. Speaking of hair, I could never cut my hair. Most people with bobbed hair have elegant noses, just because it attracts so much attention to your face. Short story short: it was bad. With all that said, I am thrilled I chose an EXPERIENCED surgeon!!! My nose had to be broken TWICE, which is not a common occurrence for this procedure. I had done three consultations, and Dr. Toledo was the final one. The other two surgeons were young and had excellent credentials, but I just knew my nose was going to be complicated - and it was. There was more to my nose that met the eye (more on that in a minute), and I cannot imagine what someone less experienced would have done halfway through the surgery when they realized the initial break was not going to be enough to generate the desired results. That is the kind of thing you can only handle easily with decades of experience. No amount of textbook learning would save you here. My surgery was long, too. He operated on it until it was perfect. I am so, so amazingly grateful that I put my nose in expert hands. Best decision! Apparently, due to the size of my nose, you could not tell that it was quite crooked on the inside. I got a great bonus - I CAN BREATH! While fixing my massively complex nose, Dr. Toledo performed a septoplasty. WHAT!?! There is a stark difference in my airflow before and after the surgery! I could not run before the surgery, and now cardio is much easier for me. He is an ENT, after all! Just another reason to pick him. I hope this review inspires you to pass on the less experienced surgeon and pick the experienced ENT who knows what he can deliver for you. He will not promise anything he cannot provide. The photo of the 'after' he generates is spot on (my actual is better). I wanted a copy of it so I could compare the before and after, but all I have to do is look in the mirror. He is an artist. My dad is super happy with the result and says my face looks the way it always should have. More

Amazing Expertise and Honesty - Dr. Toledo is quite honest and will only advise procedures that he believes will work well for his patients. He repaired my face after a Mohs surgeon did an extensive procedure to remove skin cancer from my nose, and did such an amazing job that it healed beautifully and was not noticeable within a few weeks. His expertise saved me from having a forehead flap and obvious scarring. He made the traumatic experience of dealing with the cancer so much better than I expected. Several years later he did a lower face and neck lift with beautiful results. He is now doing Restylane for me and again does a beautiful job. I highly recommend him! More

He is simply the best plastic surgeon in Texas - I am a practicing medical doctor. I had a rhinoplasty procedure done at a Dr.Toledo's office on Jan 8 and today after 6 days I had the cast and stitches removed at his office. I simply cannot state how I feel after just 6 days. I can breath so well that I cannot remember last time I breathed like this. My nose is much smaller and beautiful, way better than what I expected. No bruising or swelling 6 days post-op!!! Thats unheard of. Dr. toledo is an outstanding plastic surgeon. Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty- Best Decision Ever - I contemplated getting rhinoplasty for over a year after an initial consultation in August 2017 with Dr. Toledo. I wanted to give myself time to really think about the implications of plastic surgery and didn't want to rush a permanent thing. In November of 2018 I scheduled a pre-op appointment and made the decision to go through with it. December 18, 2018 was surgery day. I had a deviated septum, extremely narrow nostrils and my lower lip did not close when my mouth was at rest. All of this on top of the fact that I was self conscious about my profile due to the sharp angle of my nose. I couldn’t have made a better decision by (1) deciding to get the surgery and (2) choosing Dr. Toledo. I’d do it again in a heartbeat. I’m not even 3 weeks post-surgery and am breathing and sleeping so much better and could not be happier with how my nose looks aesthetically. It fits my face and looks so natural. Dr. Toledo and his staff could not be kinder, more courteous or professional. I've read reviews where the person describes someone as both "a surgeon and an artist" and this perfectly describes him. He’s also a straight shooter and honest about the work you’ll need in order to achieve your desired result which is extremely important when having a surgery that will alter your appearance. His confidence made me feel at ease. If you live in the DFW area, or even if you’re out of town, it’s worth making the trip to see him and his staff. The pictures I’m sharing are of my nose ONE week after surgery. So keep in mind how improved my nose looks even while still swollen. A few things about the day of surgery and the days after post-op: (1) It’s a pretty painless recovery, the thing that hurt the most was my throat from the breathing tube but the soreness went away after a day; I only took 3 Tylenol with codeine and probably could’ve gotten away with simply extra strength Tylenol, (2) It’s normal to feel a little depressed and question what you did, just enjoy the mandatory rest and try not to look in the mirror too much, (3) Your smile will look a little weird but you’ll get it back- have patience, (4) My nose bled and bled and bled and I went through quite a bit of gauze but it eventually stopped on day 4 or 5. Wonderful Experience - I went to Dr. Toledo for a severe deviated septum repair and minor rhinoplasty. Before, I was never able to breathe through one side of my nose, did not get quality sleep as a result and always had very dark circles under my eyes. Dr. Toledo and his staff were extremely professional and helpful during my pre-op and post-op appointments and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process, despite this being a major surgery. Being an out of town patient, I was nervous to find a surgeon to perform my rhinoplasty but I consistently found the best reviews regarding Dr. Toledo. Those, along with very good recommendations from family friends, led me to choose him and I am so grateful that he did. I’m so grateful for Dr. Toledo, he saved my life. I have been a patient for years. He did my nose and breasts 15 years ago. I came in for a consultation to have a facelift and he noticed a bump on my neck right away. He did an exam and sent me to have a sonogram of my thyroid. The results showed thyroid cancer so Dr. Toledo sent me to a surgeon right away. He even called and talked to the surgeon for me. His staff is so caring they called and sent flowers to the hospital. After interviewing 4 others plastic surgeons in Dallas, I went to Dr. Toledo for my rhinoplasty, forehead lift and breast augmentation. I choose Dr. Toledo because I felt totally at home and comfortable with him and this office. He was confident and answered about 100 questions I had. My husband loved him too, even asked him to go hunting. My surgery was a complete success and I look incredible. I went from a hooked nose and tried looking eyes to refreshed and proud to have my picture made. My husband calls me Queen of the Selfies and thinks I look hot. He knew exactly what I wanted and was very clear in explaining what he could do. He has a no BS personality, which I appreciate. He’s a true artist and professional. Hoping to schedule for JulyUpdated on 7 Sep 2018:After searching for 2 years through out the Dallas metroplex for rhinoplasty experts, based off Dr. Toledo’s reviews, years of experience, and certifications, I finally decided to set up a consultation. Needless to say, I now have the nose I was obsessed about having. Dr. Toledo is very straight forward and realistic with what to expect and surprisingly my nose was SO much cuter than I had anticipated it to be during my consultation. I trusted his knowledge and skill, and I could not be any happier with the result. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant. This is the first surgical procedure I’ve ever done and It’s been such a positive experience. Whether it was my gut feeling, or his professionalism that sold me, it’s almost surreal that it’s finally done and it’s perfect! More
Great results and excellent experience - Dr. Toledo did a exceptional job on my nose. I had a Deviated Septum, he corrected it and improved its look a great deal. Which I am extremely happy with. I had my rhinoplasty done a week ago. Today I went in to get my cast taken off and I love the way it turned out! Way better than what I had expected! I had a bump/hump on my bridge which I have always disliked ever since I could remember and to finally see it gone is a miracle! My nose looks very natural with a very nice natural slope and tip. It took me a year to find a plastic surgeon to do my nose and I am very glad I went with Dr. Toledo especially with my ethnicity (I'm Hispanic) so picking a doctor who has ethnic rhinoplasty experience is a plus! The bruising and swelling was very minimal too, I thought it was going to be worse but Thank God it wasn't which shows how careful/ gentle he is during surgery ( another plus!) I hated pictures of myself and was very aware of certain angles of my face that I did not like. I always dreamed about getting a nose job, but wasn't sure if I would ever have the courage to do it. He listened to what I didn't like about my nose and what I wanted to change then told me what changes he would make to provide the most natural look. I broke my nose 2 times, then went to go for a 3rd surgery to fix my deviated septum and no rhinoplasty (adolescent w/ cheap Dad) prior to seeing Dr. Toledo. If your a parent help your child get it done right the first time. 3rd surgery was useless. I still could not breath through my nose & my nose was still jacked up/crooked/scare tissue ect. My biggest concern my 4th go around w/ a nose job was I did not want to look like Micheal Jackson. He said what he would do, gave me a good price and I cannot be more satisfied w/ the results. I am so thankful to have found (after years of extensive research) Dr. Toledo and his amazing staff!! I never felt so confident and more at peace at my decision to have a rhinoplasty. I had a large dorsal hump and a hanging tip that was removed by him, and after just a month, it already looks phenomenal!! Dr. Toledo has amazing credentials, 35+ years of reconstructive/surgical experience, he is board certified plastic surgeon AS WELL AS certified in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery. I have never found someone so consistent with his work (just look at his before and after pictures) and takes such great pride in what he does. Because I am so indecisive, I let Dr. Toledo tell me what needs to be done to improve my appearance and that is exactly what he did. He assured me I will still look like myself but just be an "improved" version which is EXACTLY what I wanted!!! Can-NOT thank him and his staff (Esther, who made me feel as peace the first time I spoke with her over the phone), including Dr. Jackson, the anesthesiologist (who is also very experienced and has amazing credentials). Dr. Toledo and his staff are incredible. I broke my nose from a sports injury, found Dr. Toledo online, called their office over the weekend, and they had me on the operating table by Wednesday. They were professional, knowledgeable and got me straightened out right away. Not to mention they provided excellent post-op care and were helpful through every step of the process. Dr. Toledo is a perfectionist and the best at what he does but he has also created an office of professionals, thus elevating his practice above the rest. Always hated my nose! Why wait another day to change it?! - I had hated my nose ever since I was maybe 6 years old. I would imagine my face with a more “fitting” nose every day as I looked in the mirror and was HORRIFIED when I’d see photos of myself, especially from the side. I knew I wanted to have surgery but never thought I’d have the guts to go through with it until I went to Dr. Toledo’s office. At my first visit I felt like another sad, scared girl that hated my nose. Dr. Toledo is the BEST plastic surgeon (I of course read up on him before I went for my consultation); but, I was not greeted with open, caring arms like I was hoping. I'm completely delighted with the outcome of my rhinoplasty and scar revision. I had a large nose with a huge dorsal hump and badly deviated septum. Because later complications/failures can occur when making large reductions, it was important to me to use not only a board certified plastic surgeon but also an ENT specialist. There aren't many to choose from and Dr. Toledo is both. It turned out to be a great choice. His ENT expertise led him to find and remove a deep bone spur - I can now breathe out of both nostrils and my daily headaches are gone! Plastic surgeons are also artists and I appreciate his aesthetic - he has a gift for creating natural results, complimentary to each person. Dr. Toledo is top notch, hands down the very best plastic surgeon you will find! He is the ONLY plastic surgeon I would ever even consider using. I had my Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty) with Dr. Toledo in September 2015 and could not be any happier with the results. What's even better is that the procedure was ten times easier than I could have ever imagined, and almost pain free. I didn't even take a single prescription pain pill after leaving the surgery center the day of my procedure, or any time there after (even though they had been prescribed for me to use post-surgery were easily accessible). Dr. Toledo is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in a plastic surgeon (at least that's what I require in a person making permanent changes to my body). That is one of the reasons that makes him exceptional, since he sincerely wants the results to look flawless. I researched a lot of doctors online and found Dr. Toledo. His before and after pictures and experience with revision rhinoplasty exceeded the other doctors I researched. I went in for a consultation at the beginning of December and just had my revision rhinoplasty over Christmas break. The results are incredible. The first nose job I had in NYC a few years ago left my septum collapsed and looking off center. Dr. Toledo was able to repair the septum and make my nose in proportion with my chin. More

He has even had several patients that traveled across the country for him to fix previously botched procedures by other surgeons. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his patients are completely satisfied and happy with their results. From the first consultation throughout surgery and follow up, Dr. Toledo and his staff make sure that each patient feels comfortable and fully informed about their procedure helping to dispel any anxieties that the patient may feel about their surgery. I had such a great experience with Dr. Toledo and his staff. I was very scared about plastic surgery and did not know much about it aside from dramatic portrayals on television. Dr. Toledo is very much a no nonsense honest doctor . He will not tell you what you want to hear but he will tell you what you need to hear. He will not try to sell or perform a surgery that he does not deem necessary just to take your money. I am very pleased with the results of my rhinoplasty not only with the appearance but I gained the ability to breathe better and not have sinus infections all of the time. The revision of my breast implants gave me more comfort and a better feeling when I wear my swimsuit. I am going to fast forward to this month 10/2016 when I took a violent tumble while riding my mountain bike I cut my face above and through my left eyebrow. I was horrified when I saw the gaping wound on my face. I knew I needed to once again call on Dr. Toledo. I was not going to trust an ER doctor on call to perform such a delicate procedure. I called Dr. Toledo, on this day they happened to be understaffed, double booked and going through some type of inspection. Dr. Toledo was still gracious enough to squeeze me in. I was so relieved and I only waited about 2 minutes in the waiting room when I arrived and then only waited in a procedure room for the time necessary for the injections to numb the area that needed sutures. I lost my composure at one point because I was naturally very concerned about the outcome and crying that I did not want it to look ugly when it healed. He reassured me that he would take care of me. He was very gentle and took his time to do a good job. I am sure that this will also be a pleasant outcome to what could have been a severely scarring injury. Happy Surgical Nurse Since 1995 - Dallas, TX - did my breast augmentation and rhinoplasty in 1995 and I am still completely happy today. I have been a surgical nurse for over 20 years and have seen it all. Dr. Toledo is the best plastic surgeon. His results are by far better than the other surgeons I have worked with. I have recommended many friends and family to him. I completely trust and respect his skill. His staff is very helpful and always nice. There is a happy, warm vibe there. Updated on 6 Sep 2016: After writing my last review about Dr. Toledo I decided to go in and talk to him about a tummy tuck. As you can read in my last entry I'm a nurse who had a rhinoplasty/breast augmentation back in 1995 and I'm still very happy with my results. My life moved forward, I got married and had 3 wonderful kids. I love them but not what they did to me belly. I had a ton of stretch marks under my belly button and a pooch. So I went back Dr. Toledo for my tummy tuck and umbilical hernia repair in July. Two days after surgery I removed my bandages and WOW my belly was SO FLAT and my belly button is perfectly round. It took about 10 days to get back to work at the hospital. He told me a could work out again at 4 weeks but I'm not sure about that yet. The first 4 days were the worst. I was really sore but that was probably the hernia repair. We stitches and drain came out 6 days after the surgery and we went out to dinner that night to celebrate. I'm very happy I went back to Dr. Toledo. It was nice to see the same staff throughout the years. I had my last baby in 2010 and should have not waited to get it done. I work with other plastic surgeons in Dallas so I'm not able to post my before/afters. More
Can't believe I waited so long - I always hated the way my nose looks in pictures and after a friend had her nose job with Dr Toledo I wanted mine done too. My nose was too pointy looking, no big hump, just too long. Dr. Toledo did my nose job 2 weeks ago. It did not hurt, I didn't have any bruising and I can breath better now. I went to Dr. Toledo after a disaster of a nose job 5 years ago in Mexico. It took me at least 6 months to gain the nerve to go to a consultation because of my previous doctor. From the first time I met Dr. Toledo he had my complete confidence. He has very knowledgeable about revision nose jobs and showed me on his computer how he was going to fix it. My husband really liked him too and said he likes a man that will look you in the face and tell you the truth. The week after surgery I went in to have my cast removed and was so happy I started crying. The ugly nose I had before was now straight, smooth and beautiful. I looked like myself, not like a monster anymore. It has been 2 months and I'm completely healed and looking good. I only wish I had done it sooner. Thanks Dr. Toledo you are a miracle worker. More

Great Decision to Trust Dr. Toledo - Dallas, TX - I'm completely delighted with the outcome of my rhinoplasty and scar revision. I had a large nose with a huge dorsal hump and badly deviated septum. Because later complications/failures can occur when making large reductions, it was important to me to use not only a board certified plastic surgeon but also an ENT specialist. There aren't many to choose from and Dr. Toledo is both. It turned out to be a great choice. His ENT expertise led him to find and remove a deep bone spur - I can now breathe out of both nostrils and my daily headaches are gone! His staff is very helpful and always nice. There is a happy, warm vibe there.Updated on 6 Sep 2016:After writing my last review about Dr. Toledo I decided to go in and talk to him about a tummy tuck. As you can read in my last entry I'm a nurse who had a rhinoplasty/breast augmentation back in 1995 and I'm still very happy with my results. My life moved forward, I got married and had 3 wonderful kids. I love them but not what they did to me belly. I had a ton of stretch marks under my belly button and a pooch. So I went back Dr. Toledo for my tummy tuck and umbilical hernia repair in July. Two days after surgery I removed my bandages and WOW my belly was SO FLAT and my belly button is perfectly round. It took about 10 days to get back to work at the hospital. He told me a could work out again at 4 weeks but I'm not sure about that yet. The first 4 days were the worst. I was really sore but that was probably the hernia repair. We stitches and drain came out 6 days after the surgery and we went out to dinner that night to celebrate. I'm very happy I went back to Dr. Toledo. It was nice to see the same staff throughout the years. I had my last baby in 2010 and should have not waited to get it done. I work with other plastic surgeons in Dallas so I'm not able to post my before/afters. More

When approaching his craft, he is honest about what will work for your specific needs and will directly relay realistic expectations and potential limitations. I came in with a nose that was too large for my face and a receding chin with loose "goose" skin underneath, all of which created a face that was bullied and teased my whole life. He spoke with me about recovery time and the healing process, and his staff was available even on weekends to help guide me through the recovery process. I am over two years out from both operations, and thanks to Dr. Toledo I have a brand new life. I am no longer bullied, and I really do not think one can put a price on that rare sort of kind, caring, compassionate work. He took me from above-average looking to gorgeous.
