My entire experience with Dr. Toledo and his team was very positive. Dr. Toledo is very honest about the results he can achieve and his team is very transparent about pricing and recovery time. My rhinoplasty surgery day was very easy since the surgery occurred at Dr. Toledo's office building. I believe the whole experience took only two hours. Moreover, I have had no issues with recovery and Dr. Toledo and his team has always been available for questions and checkups. Only 3 weeks post septoplasty and the results are already amazing. It’s as if my nose has an instagram filter on it. Dr Toledo was the first surgeon I went to and I booked with him straight away. About 3 weeks ago, I decided it was time for me to take the plunge and have nose surgery. I had a crooked nose and a deviated septum, so I underwent septoplasty and rhinoplasty together. I am very pleased with the results I've achieved so far. My nose is still a little swollen, but the appearance is what I am happy about. Dr. Toledo is great! The front office ladies are all awesome. The blonde nurse, who I met for the first time yesterday, was very nice (and pretty) but that's beside the point. The anesthesiologist was great. He called me the night before surgery and answered a few questions I had. I don't see how people post negative comments about doctor Toledo, though. It's not like you're going to be friends with him outside of the office. He is like a typical doctor in terms of personality and communication. All I cared about was getting good results, and that's exactly what I got. 5 stars overall. I'm glad I went with Dr. Toledo. More

Dr. Toledo is the BEST!! I’m about 2 months post-op (primary rhinoplasty) and couldn’t be happier with my new nose. I went to a few different initial consultations, but knew Toledo was the right choice for me after spending just a few minutes in his office. He is realistic, honest, and extremely straightforward about what he can/cannot do for you. He will not operate if he doesn’t think he can get a 80-90% improvement, which I found extremely comforting. As for my post-op recovery, my initial bruising and swelling was actually much less than anticipated. The most amazing part is how natural my nose looks post rhino. People can tell that I look better but sometimes can’t pinpoint what exactly I changed because my new nose fits my face so well. I love that I still look like myself, just a softer/ more feminine version, which was my exact goal. His nurses and staff (Esther, Tracy, Emily) were so wonderful and I can’t thank them enough for the time they took helping me feel at ease throughout the process. His anesthesiologist, Dr. David Jackson, was incredible as well. He even called me the night before surgery to check in and see if I had any questions or concerns. As this was my first surgery ever, I had never been under general anesthesia before and was really nervous about that part. Dr. Jackson made me feel extremely comfortable and calm. Dr. Toledo is a skilled, confident, and experienced surgeon with an incredible team behind him. First and foremost, I want to thank Dr. Toledo, Esther, Tracy, Silvia, Emily and Dr. Jackson for taking such excellent care of me and my concerns. Their expertise and professional manner put me at ease and helped me gain confidence in my decision to have rhinoplasty and brow lift surgery at Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center. I was treated with compassion, care, respect and kindness from the initial consultation though the post-surgical follow-up. After we discussed my desired outcome for the revisions, Dr. Toledo advised me of reasonable expectations and the probable length of time it would take to achieve the final results. We decided on a surgery date and it was promptly scheduled. My results exceeded my expectations. I had 3 very deep brow lines in between my brows which was a major concern for me. The results are spectacular, the creases are barely visible. Dr. Toledo did a phenomenal job on my nose and believe me, it was a “honker”. It now has a lovely, natural appearance and I have received so many compliments on it from my friends and family. I’m just ecstatic with the results! Dr. Toledo has performed over 3,000 rhinoplasties so it is my opinion he is the best rhinoplasty surgeon in North Texas. Another aspect I was pleased with was having my surgery performed at Dr. Toledo’s office as opposed to the tedious surgical procedures experienced at hospitals. The ease of appointments and office wait times were excellent. I don’t think I ever spent more than 5 minutes in the waiting area before I was escorted back to the exam room where Dr. Toledo promptly arrived within a few minutes. This exhibits an exceptional scheduling strategy to me. I have waited over 2 hours after my appointment times in other Dr’s offices and the ease of appointments at Dr. Toledo’s office was refreshing. Dr. Toledo did my rhinoplasty at Christmas. My nose was big and wide, so he narrowed it and defined my tip. I love my nose and can't stop looking at it. The results are exactly what I wanted. I read Dr. Toledo's reviews before going in for a consultation and noticed some say he is too direct. I must say that my experience was great. He is very, to the point, and I think that's great. He showed me what I could expect from the rhinoplasty using computer imaging, I also asked him if I should consider other procedures like lipo and fillers and he said it wasn't necessary and I was beautiful without those and it wasn't something I should be concerned about, especially at my age 24 (which he was right!! so grateful for him). I like his very natural approach; not doing too much or trying to make me a fake Instagram influencer. I’m extremely pleased with my results. It's been 2 weeks and I love my nose. No bruising or pain. My fiancé and family love it too. This is a Doctor with integrity and is not money hungry to pressure me into unnecessary surgeries. Would go back if needed 10/10!!! More

I took so long to write this review because I couldn’t find the exact words to say how grateful I am for Dr. Teledo. HE DOES WONDERS. He has literally changed my life with my rhinoplasty. I am doing this review on behalf of my wife. I don't see where all the negative reviews come from with Dr. Toledo. Does he pretend to be your best friend during the process? Absolutely not, but my wife had nothing but great things to say during the entire process. I joined the day of surgery, and the office staff was very knowledgeable. Dr. Toldeo even pulled me aside upon my departure from the office to discuss any of my potential concerns. Dr. Toledo is AMAZING!!!!! He exceeded far beyond my expectations for my rhinoplasty. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I’m so grateful for Dr. Toledo, he saved my life. I have been a patient for years. He did my nose 15 years ago. I came in for a consultation to have a facelift and he noticed a bump on my neck right away. He did an exam and sent me to have a sonogram of my thyroid. The results showed thyroid cancer so Dr. Toledo sent me to a surgeon right away. He even called and talked to the surgeon for me. His staff is so caring they called and sent flowers to the hospital. This was one year ago and I am so thankful to Dr. Toledo. My cancer is gone! I believe God sent me to him that day so he could find the nodule on my thyroid. Hi. If you’re looking for someone that is honest and a staff that is amazing this is wear you should be. Also if you haven’t found someone that is awesome at working with Hispanic, African, Indian, and asian skin then look no more Dr. Toledo is the best Doctor for you. All the questions you have about any surgical procedure can be answered at his office and via phone by schedule. I had my rhinoplasty surgery a year ago and everything went smoothly and I healed fast and completely within 2 two weeks. If you don’t have transportation in the Dallas location or someone that can take you home and nurse you, a travel nurse can be hired. You will have to pay that separately. But when it comes to paying for the procedure they will give you that information during consultation. When you arrive at Dr. Toledo’s office it matches the Good energy of the staff very beautiful. The office is also peaceful, clean, and informative i. Dr. Toledo is very experienced, if you want natural results he and his team will most definitely achieve it and take good care of you. Dr Toledo is INCREDIBLE. I seriously could not recommend him enough. I had my rhinoplasty 6 weeks ago and it was the BEST experience. First and foremost, when my mom and I went to my initial visit, Dr. Toledo could tell I was nervous as I’m getting married in September, but he assured me my nose would look amazing after 6months.. he then said it would look great by 6 weeks. I was hesitant to believe him, but it’s now been 6weeks and I am shocked at how wonderful my nose looks. One week ago today, I had a Panniculectomy with DR. Toledo. In case you're unaware of this procedure, it involves the removal of the lower belly that hangs like an apron. This part of the belly literally sits on your lap. Dr. Toledo removed this portion of that area and the outcome was amazing! All the staff at Dr. Toledo's office are amazing, kind and professional. I started following Dr Toledo two years ago after he had done a face and brow lift, blepharoplasty on a good friend of mine. I am a RN so she had asked me to help her out following her procedure. She looked amazing so I started researching. It took me two years to get the courage to go through with this and I am so glad I did. I wish I had done it sooner because I am over the moon excited with my results. My results exceeded my expectations. My face looks bright and youthful again, and my turkey neck is GONE!!! Dt. Toledo is very attentive to detail and confident in his work and it shows. Where to start? I guess I'll start by saying that Dr. Toledo is an actual magician. I grew up playing tennis with one of his daughters, so my family has known and loved the Toledos for a long time. I had heard over the years that Dr. Toledo was the best Plastic Surgeon in the business, but I couldn't say from first hand experience that that was true - until now! Without a doubt, his knowledge and skills are unparalleled. The aftermath of my procedure is more wonderful than I ever could have imagined. I never expected perfection, but it could not be more perfect. In a world where imperfect people with imperfect bodies demand perfection, Dr. Toledo is the most trustworthy and talented surgeon for the job. His office staff is wonderful. My 55 year old face looked like it was melting in the Texas heat. My forehead and eyes were droopy making me look tired all the time and my neck was hanging down like a turkey. Needless to say, it was time to talk about a facelift because I looked about 15 years older than I should. I have always heard Dr. Toledo’s name mentioned by ladies as the facelift king. I met with him and he recommended a face and neck lift, forehead lift and upper eyelid surgery. He also required I get medical clearance prior to surgery which I appreciated. I had my surgery in May. My recovery was quick, and I went back to work in 10 days. I had no discomfort or bruises but did have to keep ointment in my eyes for a couple of days. My results are perfect, I look like I’m forty again. My neck is smoothed with no sagging, but I love my forehead and eyes. People keep telling me my eyes look so bright and I look really happy. Well I look that way because of this incredible surgery but an excellent surgeon. Dr. Toledo and his staff are as good as it gets. I typically am only a reader or reviews but my experience with Dr. Toledo and his “girls” was so outstanding I’m submitting my first review. I came to Dallas from Alabama for a full facelift and eyelid surgery. My cousin, a Dallas doctor, in Highland Park had a facelift last year and she raves about Dr. Toledo. So, I went to Dallas for a weekend of shopping and for my consultation appointment. Dr. Toledo did a very thorough evaluation, explained all his recommendations, and answered all my questions. I have never been to a doctor’s office that was so warm and caring. I scheduled my surgery, and his nurses gave me everything I need to get ready. I had a face/neck lift and eyelid surgery in April 2021. I stayed in Dallas for about 10 days then headed back home. I look at least 15 years younger. I didn’t feel like I had to hide, my recovery was fast and painless. My husband keeps calling me his trophy wife, I know if sounds bad, but I love it. We have been married for 30 years and this rejuvenation has given us a new spark. This is the best decision I have ever made. More

My 55 year old face looked like it was melting in the Texas heat. My forehead and eyes were droopy making me look tired all the time and my neck was hanging down like a turkey. In August 2019 I had a revision rhinoplasty by Dr. Toledo. My first rhinoplasty in 2018 I regrettably chose another surgeon who made my nose go from bad to worse & I often cried over what the other surgeon did to my face. My 55 year old face looked like it was melting in the Texas heat. My forehead and eyes were droopy making me look tired all the time and my neck was hanging down like a turkey. Needless to say, it was time to talk about a facelift because I looked about 15 years older than I should. I have always heard Dr. Toledo’s name mentioned by ladies as the facelift king. Being an out of town patient, I was nervous to find a surgeon to perform my rhinoplasty but I consistently found the best reviews regarding Dr. Toledo. I recently had a tummy tuck and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Dr. Toledo was able to help me for the first time in my life actually to have a flat stomach. I had 2 large babies that stretched out my abdominal muscles creating what's called diastasis recti. Due to this my muscles separated and wouldn't go back together. This caused back pain, poor posture & an undesirable look to my belly. Dr. Toledo was able to remove excess skin as well as tighten my abdominal muscles back together. I had my rhinoplasty done a week ago. Today I went in to get my cast taken off and I love the way it turned out! Way better than what I had expected! I had a bump/hump on my bridge which I have always disliked ever since I could remember and to finally see it gone is a miracle! My nose looks very natural with a very nice natural slope and tip. Until I got into my thirties I did not think I would be a person who would have plastic surgery. My friend went to Dr. Toledo and recommended him. Even though I'm from San Antonio I drove up to Dallas to meet him. Even though I'm from San Antonio I drove up to Dallas to meet him. I broke my nose 2 times, then went to go for a 3rd surgery to fix my deviated septum and no rhinoplasty (adolescent w/ cheap Dad) prior to seeing Dr. Toledo. If your a parent help your child get it done right the first time. 3rd surgery was useless. I still could not breath through my nose & my nose was still jacked up/crooked/scare tissue ect. My biggest concern my 4th go around w/ a nose job was I did not want to look like Micheal Jackson. He said what he would do, gave me a good price and I cannot be more satisfied w/ the results. No MJ nose, and it looks how its suppose to. NOW I CAN BREATHE THROUGH MY NOSE LIKE MY TRACK COACH WAS SAYING!!!! Parents don't be a cheap ass. Rhino's aren't covered by insurance. I am so thankful to have found (after years of extensive research) Dr. Toledo and his amazing staff!! I never felt so confident and more at peace at my decision to have a rhinoplasty. I had a large dorsal hump and a hanging tip that was removed by him, and after just a month, it already looks phenomenal!! Dr. Toledo has amazing credentials, 35+ years of reconstructive/surgical experience, he is board certified plastic surgeon AS WELL AS certified in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery. I have never found someone so consistent with his work (just look at his before and after pictures) and takes such great pride in what he does. Because I am so indecisive, I let Dr. Toledo tell me what needs to be done to improve my appearance and that is exactly what he did. I had my rhinoplasty done a week ago. Today I went in to get my cast taken off and I love the way it turned out! Way better than what I had expected! I had a bump/hump on my bridge which I have always disliked ever since I could remember and to finally see it gone is a miracle! My nose looks very natural with a very nice natural slope and tip. It took me a year to find a plastic surgeon to do my nose and I am very glad I went with Dr. Toledo especially with my ethnicity (I'm Hispanic) so picking a doctor who has ethnic rhinoplasty experience is a plus! I went to a few plastic surgeons for consultations for breast implant replacement surgery. I thought I had found the right doctor until I met Dr. Toledo. He immediately gave me a feeling of trust and I knew I was in good hands. During the consultation, I noticed that he is not only a surgeon, but he is a true ARTIST! Dr. Toledo is top notch, hands down the very best plastic surgeon you will find! He is the ONLY plastic surgeon I would ever even consider using. I had my Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty) with Dr. Toledo in September 2015 and could not be any happier with the results. What's even better is that the procedure was ten times easier than I could have ever imagined, and almost pain free. From the first consultation throughout surgery and follow up, Dr. Toledo and his staff make sure that each patient feels comfortable and fully informed about their procedure helping to dispel any anxieties that the patient may feel about their surgery. Dr. Toledo carefully assesses all of his patients during the consultation to make sure that they would be a good candidate for plastic surgery, and has even turned some patients down as he knew that the procedure was not right for them and they would not get the results expected.
